a very early stage, the basic cupboard / cash can be divided in two. Use one side for hanging space, perhaps with one rail in the waist and either train or on the shelves other removable. This can be removed as the children get clothes and a big longer. The other side in accordance with well-spaced and use a rack for storage of toys, will be useful for sweaters, shirts and lots of chunky, thick clothing.
